Government Directives: This is to inform all our Dear Datta Bhaktas that Sri Kshetra Ganagapur Dattatreya Temple shall remain closed to General Public from 22nd April to 4th May 2021 as per the orders issued by Karnataka Government. Trikala Puja, Aarti and Sevas to Lord Dattatreya shall continue only through Archakas of the Temple. The same applies to all other temples at Ganagapur. Further course shall be according to Government Directives.

Sri Kshetra Ganagapur-

Shree Kshetra Ganagapur (Deval Ghangapur), One of the most famous Dattatreya Peethas, is associated with Shri Narasimha Sarasvati Swami, an incarnation of Lord Dattatreya. It stands on the bank of the river Bhima in Afzalpur taluka of Gulbarga district in Karnataka. This Nirguna Math is adorned with the Nirguna Padukas. The water of the rivers Bhima and Amaraja, especially at the spot of their confluence, are considered extremely holy.
